And yes, the dough's definitely sticky - but all that folding is supposed to "unstick" it - which you can see that it did, miraculously. Thanks for staying up till 3 a.m. to make ciabatta - love your style. And the bread looks awesome, though I was dying to see a picture of the inside - big holes?
